the place was fully equipped and fantastic. the location was good - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. london heathrow airport was hardly 5 minutes away by car. our twin room was equipped with central heating, a work desk, and multi-channel television. the staff was perfect and always greeted us.

It felt like a secluded oasis, yet it was very close to the city center. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities, especially the amazing pool, were top-notch. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
